STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

General Terms and Conditions of Sale:

1. Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale aim to define the conditions under which spirits are sold on the Goodsouls.club website. They apply to all sales concluded on the site between the seller and the buyer.

2. Products

Spirits, beers, and other products derived from the "Good Souls Club" brand offered for sale on the website are described in a detailed and precise manner. Product photographs are not contractual. The buyer is encouraged to familiarize themselves with the product characteristics before placing an order.

3. Prices

The prices of spirits, beers, and other products derived from the "Good Souls Club" brand are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes and excluding delivery costs. Delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are specified during order validation. The seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order validation.

4. Order

To place an order, the buyer must be 18 years old, fill out the online form, and provide the requested information. The order will only be considered final upon receipt of payment. The seller reserves the right to refuse an order in case of dispute with the buyer, non-payment of a previous order, or for any other legitimate reason.

5. Payment

Payment for spirits, beers, and other products derived from the "Good Souls Club" brand is made online by credit card or any other secure payment method offered on the site. Payments are secure, and the buyer's banking data is encrypted. No banking information is retained by the seller.

6. Delivery

Spirits, beers, and other products derived from the "Good Souls Club" brand are delivered to the address provided by the buyer during the order. Delivery times are indicated during order validation. In case of delivery delays, the seller cannot be held responsible. In case of non-receipt of a package, the seller cannot be held responsible. Delivery costs are borne by the buyer.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, the buyer has a 14-day withdrawal period from the receipt of spirits, beers, and other products derived from the "Good Souls Club" brand to exercise their right of withdrawal. To do so, the buyer must notify their decision to withdraw to the seller by email or mail. Spirits, beers, and other products derived from the "Good Souls Club" brand must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition to the address indicated by the seller. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

8. Customer Service

For any questions or complaints, the buyer can contact the seller's customer service via email at info@goodsouls.club. The customer service will strive to respond promptly to buyer inquiries.

9. Liability

The seller cannot be held liable in any case for indirect or immaterial damages caused by the use of spirits, beers, and other products derived from the "Good Souls Club" brand sold on the site. Their liability is limited to the amount of the order placed by the buyer.

10. Applicable Law

These general terms and conditions of sale are subject to Belgian law. Any dispute regarding their interpretation or execution will be submitted to the court of Nivelles, Belgium.

By placing an order on the Goodsouls.club site, the buyer acknowledges having read and accepted these general terms and conditions of sale.
